Hello Friends –
The ideas that I share are designed to help you produce more, collect more, stress less, and have more fun as a team all while helping your patients smile healthier and happier.
Remember, what you do or don’t do today will have a direct impact either positive or negative on your schedules 6 months from now, and more importantly what things look like tomorrow and all the days to follow.
“Don’t wait until everything is just right. It will never be perfect. There will always be challenges, obstacles, and less-than-perfect conditions. So what? Get started now. With each step you take, you will grow stronger and stronger, more and more skilled, more and more self-confident, and more and more successful.” –Mark Victor Hansen
Believe that your practice has a bright future. Regularly, talk about your vision and mission with your team. Ensure that the core values you and your team live and work by are getting you closer to your vision and not further away.

Unscheduled Active Patients – It doesn’t do any good to have active patients if they’re not scheduled for a future appointment. Make plans to reach out to all your unscheduled patients and invite them to schedule an appointment for their hygiene visit or if they have unscheduled treatment plans. Things to consider – How many of your active patients have a future appointment scheduled? How are you tracking and following up on unscheduled restorative treatment? How are you tracking and following up on unscheduled hygiene patients? What are your monthly visit/appt goals? What are your daily, weekly, and monthly production (treatment) goals?
Here are a few ideas to help you reappoint and reactivate your patients so you can enjoy healthy & productive schedules…
Simplify Your Life Week: 1-7 – Social Media post idea: Simplify your life by crossing off “Schedule my all-important dental visit” from your To-Do-List by calling us today at…

Orthodontics – If you provide orthodontic services to your patients there is a special day in August just for you! National Align Your Teeth Day: 11th – Great opportunity to showcase the ortho treatment you offer!
Send out a “ Start the School Year Off with A Happy & Healthy Smile” Special Offer or Appointment Reminder to your patients that are teachers and students and are past-due in hygiene or have unscheduled restorative treatment needs.

Hope you enjoy these ideas and are able to use some of them to help make the month of August a productive and fun one for you, your team, your patients, and the community.
