Why bring in a consulting/coaching company to help your practice grow?
Because Everything Matters!
Everything that you do or neglect to do, everything that the patient sees or fails to see, hears or does not hear, contributes to the patient’s perception of you and your business. Everything counts.
I am ready to teach you how to bring in new patients & keep them loyal to your office.
Oftentimes, doctors know what they want to do and should do to make their practice successful but they just don’t have the time to make it happen.
I can help! Contact me today to schedule your complimentary, no-obligation consultation at email@example.com

Hello Betty. I was wondering if you have any suggestions or tips to get my assistants team more interested and attached to OSHA . I’m trying to look for ingenious ways to engage them without making it an annoying repetition of the same all the time…
I’ll appreciate your help
Hello, thank you for your message. Let’s do this, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with a little more information about what is going on and what you have already tried and I will reply asap!
I am the Treatment Coordinator in our office.
I have been with Dr. Rule for 16.5 years, with over 35 years total in the dental field (23 years as a chairside assistant). The difficulty in keeping the schedule filled & productive have not been very different over the years. It currently seems to be driven by ability to be away from work & Flex Spending (out of pocket cost) for the patients. Of course if the value is not there or understanding of the time reserved for the patient with the doctor, patients will cancel because they have something they would rather do. Our office has been a fee for service, out of network office since 2001 with a strong core of loyal patients. We are always looking for new patients and in recent years it has been difficult to keep the numbers up.
