July is the start of your third quarter. Make a plan now for how you will keep your schedule full for August & September as they are typically slower production months for some offices. While you’re at it, make a backup plan too. Sometimes despite your best efforts, the schedule falls apart. Don’t stress over it, instead use that downtime to do some training, team building and/or office cleaning/organizing. Pediatric and Family Practices ~ July is Get Ready For Kindergarten Month. Depending on your schedule, consider setting aside one or two days for “Get Ready for Kindergarten with Healthy Smiles” visits. Make it a fun experience for the children.
